Booking conditions and details

  1. Reservation Policy:

    • In order to conduct the tour, a minimum of 4 participants is required. If the required number of participants is not met on the day, the tour may not be conducted.

    • Children under 7 years old are required by law to use a child seat. Please inform us of your child's age at the time of booking.

    • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. In case of unavoidable circumstances causing delay beyond the designated pickup time, please note that we may need to depart according to the schedule.

    • During peak seasons such as New Year's, group sizes may be increased to accommodate up to a maximum of 24 guests. However, additional drivers and tour guides will be assigned on such days. Thank you for your understanding.

  2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • From 14:00 local time 3 business days before the participation date to 14:00 local time 1 business day before the participation date, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

    • From 14:00 local time 1 business day before the participation date onwards, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

  3. Reservation Change Policy:

    • If the number of participants decreases due to reservation changes, the above cancellation policy will apply.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • Once the reservation is confirmed, you can either receive an online payment link or pay in cash or by card on the day of the tour (a $5 surcharge will apply for card payments on the day).

    • If you prefer a bank transfer in advance, please contact us separately (domestic payments only).

  5. Business Days:

    • Open every day of the year.
